Lydia Martin has been promoted to Vice President at Trustmark National Bank in Jackson. Martin is a Regional Sales Manager I responsible for developing and coaching bank associates, capitalizing on opportunities to meet executive short-term and long-term goals for the Northeast Mississippi Region. Previously, she served as the Marketing Director for Trustmark in Columbus. For the past eight years, she has been the Corporate Relations Specialist for ServiceMaster focusing on all coaching and training in the organization. Martin earned a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Mississippi College. She is a member of the Public Relations Association of Mississippi and the Chamber of Commerce,
Martin is a Life Time member of the Columbus Junior Auxiliary, past President of Casa Y Flores Garden Club and a former member of the Columbus Music Study Club. She is married to Terry Martin, they have two children and are members of First Baptist Church, Columbus where she is a member of the FBC Sanctuary Choir, Adult II Sunday School Class Teacher, member of The Book Club and former Chairman of First Baptist Church Hospitality Committee.
