An English bulldog valued at about $3,000 was allegedly stolen Monday afternoon. Amanda Atkins said she was a guest staying at the Riverchase Hotel at 2015 Military Road and she was on a second-floor balcony watching her dog, Bella, on the grass beside the Huddle House. Atkins said she went in her room briefly and when she returned, her dog was missing. The incident is being investigated by the Columbus Police Department.
The CPD is also investigating the theft of a commercial air conditioner unit. Arjun Kuhl, of 325 44th St. N, reported the unit missing on April 25. Kuhl’s property is managed by Genesis Realty.
