Three people were transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries early Saturday morning after a two-car wreck in downtown Columbus.
The wreck occurred shortly after 12:30 a.m. near the intersection of Fifth Street and Main Street when a Cadillac traveling east on Main Street struck a trailer being pulled by a Toyota Tundra pickup traveling south on Fifth Street North
After the collision, the Toyota became airborne, overturned and slid upside down more than one city block before coming to a rest in front of the WCBI-TV building at the intersection of Fifth Street and College Street.
