- All of the attention is going to go to MSU's heavy use of running backs compared to previous weeks, but I think the story is more about how MSU is running in general. Nick Fitzgerald is averaging 4 yards per carry, after all, it's not like the offense has to revolve around running backs to be successful today.

- That being said, I think MSU needs to lean on the run game in the second half for more than the simple reason that it worked in the first half. This Arkansas offense is doing just enough in several areas, particularly short passing to the boundary and specific run concepts, that it could mount the comeback if a couple of things go right. If I'm MSU, my goal is a couple of six-minute scoring drives to shorten this game.
