The bride is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Thomas McLeod of Columbus. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Ella Hood Little and the late Mr. Eddie James Little Sr., of Columbus; the late Mr. & Mrs. Charles Anders, of Sumrall; and the late Mr. Thomas McLeod Sr., of Hattiesburg.
Sonja is a graduate of Caldwell High School, Alcorn State University and Lincoln Memorial University and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents. She wore a diamond white strapless sweetheart neckline mermaid ruffle skirt gown.
Lashonda McLeod Harper of Beijing, China, sister of the bride who served as the matron of honor, wore a DG Vantablack Polka Dot-Print Fit & Flare dress.
Bridesmaids were Katherine Buckham-White of Exeter, New Hampshire; Megan Douglas of Cleveland, Tennessee; Kyla Richardson of Suwanne, Georgia; Jordyn White of Hampton, Georgia; and Jada Richardson of Suwannee, Georgia. They wore Obsidian black off-the-shoulder tailored jumpsuits.
Honorary Bridesmaids were Yolanda Leduc of McDonough, Georgia; and Amber Fryson-White of Hampton, Georgia.

The groom is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Robert Robinson of Lancaster, South Carolina. He is the grandson of the late Mr. & Mrs. John Crawford and the late Mr. & Mrs. James Robinson, all of Lancaster, South Carolina.
Dr. Vanthony JB Smith, best friend and military comrade, of McDonough, Georgia and Tyler A. Robinson, son of the groom and fishing buddy, of Atlanta, Georgia, served as the best men.

The groom recently retired as a Colonel from the United States Army as Director, Department of Distance Education, US Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Currently, he is a COVID-19 Lead Emergency Management Specialist, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia.
