We always want everything to happen on our own time, but it never works out that way because God’s timing is not the same as ours. His timing is perfect in everything He does in our lives. He’s never too early and never too late, He’s always right on time. “But you must not forget this one thing, dear friends: A day is like a thousand years to the Lord, and a thousand years is like a day.” (2 Peter 3:8) NLT
Oftentimes when we pray to God concerning our problems, we don’t want to wait on His timing. We want Him to solve them right away. Despite our anxiousness and impatience, God works things out on his timetable to bring the best results for us. He may not come when we want Him to but He’s always right on time. “Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.” (Psalm 27:14) KJV
When God promises us something, we can look for it to happen in His perfect time. Regardless of how many years ago it has been, what He has promised will come to pass. He’s always right on time. “For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.” (2 Corinthians 1:20) NLT
Sometimes God’s timing seems slow to us, especially when we’re being persecuted by our enemies everyday and want to be delivered. Nevertheless, God knows exactly when to show up and deliver us. He will do it in just the right time for He’s always right on time. “My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.” (Psalm 31:15) KJV
God’s timing is based on His plan and purpose for our lives. Although His plans at times might seem delayed, they will unfold according to His perfect time. They will be fulfilled and will not be overdue a single day. He is always right on time. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11) NLT
Even when we don’t understand God’s timing for our lives, we have to trust Him and know He knows what’s best for us. He’s always right on time. “O Lord of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.” (Psalm 84:12) KJV
So be encouraged today and always remember: God has a time and season to do things in our lives and He’s always right on time. “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1) KJV
