We are too blessed by God to allow stress to take control of our lives. Therefore, let us start today taking control of it. We can’t do it in our own strength, but we can with God’s strength. “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” (Philippians 4:13) KJV
Stress is something we have to deal with on a daily basis. We never know what we will have to face before the end of the day. However, we can’t let stress ruin our day, we can rejoice in the Lord knowing that we’re too blessed to be stressed. “This is the day which the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24) KJV
Feeling stressed in life is natural, and it can seem like we’re not blessed because of how stressed we can be. That’s when we have to realize the blessings of God are on our lives, and we’re too blessed to be stressed. “Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in obedience to him.” (Psalm 128:1) NIV
Sometimes we get so stressed out from the pressures of life until we can’t think straight. It can be extreme pressure on our job, relationship issues, friend drama, or the constant buzzing on our phones of someone who needs to get a hold of us right away! In moments such as these, we can have joy, knowing that we’re too blessed to be stressed. “As pressure and stress bear down on me, I find joy in your commands.” (Psalm 119:143) NLT
Some people will try to stress us out by doing things to make us upset. When this happens to us, we have to take a minute, pray and let them know we’re too blessed to be stressed. “And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.” (Luke 18:1) KJV
Life is too short for us to overwhelm ourselves with stress worrying about tomorrow. Nevertheless, when we learn how to stop worrying about tomorrow and start focusing on today, we will realize we’re too blessed to be stressed. “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.” (Matthew 6:34) NLT
When we find ourselves stressing out over people or things we can’t change, we have to take a moment and experience the calmness of God’s peace. Then we will realize we’re too blessed to be stressed. “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:7) KJV
So be encouraged today and always remember: The minute we start stressing about anything, think on the goodness of God and we will see we’re too blessed to be stressed. “O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.” (Psalm 34:8) KJV
