When we’re going through our situations, instead of us complaining about them, start praising God. Once we do this, it will shift our focus off our situation and put it on God. Then we will see ourselves coming out of whatever situation we’re in praising God for bringing us out. “I will praise you forever, O God, for what you have done. I will trust in your good name in the presence of your faithful people.” (Psalm 52:9) NLT
All of us will have to go through some trials and tribulations in our lives, but God didn’t say it would be easy. I’m going through but I’m coming out of my trials and tribulations praising God because He overcame the world and so will we. “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33) KJV
Lately, it seems like before we can get out of one storm, another one will come. It may be the death of a loved one, a sickness or a family problem. I’m going through a storm right now, but I’m coming out praising God for calming my storm. “And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. (Mark 4:39) KJV”
If you’re in an abusive relationship where you’re being emotionally abused and things are not getting any better, you don’t have to go through this any longer. Just cry out to Jesus, and He will help you get out. Then you can say, “I’m going through but I’m coming out praising God for delivering me.”
“The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles.” (Psalm 34:17) NLT
Perhaps you have been dealing with some type of addiction for years and everything you have tried did not work. Don’t lose hope; just start saying, “I’m going through this addiction, but I’m coming out praising God for setting me free.” When God sets you free, you will not have a desire to do it again. “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” (John 8:36) KJV
So be encouraged today and always remember: No matter what situation we go through in life, we will come out of it by praising God. “I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.” (Psalm 34:1) KJV
