Dominique Harris threw three touchdown passes Friday night to lead the Southaven High School football team to a 35-14 victory against Columbus in a Mississippi High School Activities Association Class 6A, Region 1 game in Columbus.
Harris completed only three passes, but they went for touchdowns of 51, 46, and 18 yards to help the Chargers improve to 6-0 and 2-0 in the region.
Southaven outgained Columbus (2-4, 0-2) 155-49 in building a 21-0 lead in the first quarter.
Also Friday night, Caledonia snapped a losing streak that dated back to 2008 with a victory against Amory.
