STARKVILLE -- The No. 22 Mississippi State men's basketball team will kick off the month of December by playing host to McNeese at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Humphrey Coliseum.

The game will be broadcast live on SEC Network +. It also can be heard locally on the radio at WKBB-FM 100.9 and WFCA-FM 107.9.

MSU has won 18 straight non-conference home games, which is the second-longest streak in the Southeastern Conference.

McNeese (2-5) is coming off a 67-66 loss to North Carolina Central on Saturday. The Cowboys have two common opponents with the Bulldogs. McNeese lost to Saint Mary's 87-65 and to Arizona State 80-52.

The game will be broadcast live on SEC Network +.

Alabama is coming off a 70-64 loss to UCF on Thursday in its first true road game of the season.

The game against Georgia State begins an important four-game stretch. Alabama will play three of the games at Coleman Coliseum. It also will play host to Arizona (Dec. 9) and Penn State (Dec. 21). The only game not being played at home in the stretch is the game against Liberty on Dec. 18 in the Rocket City Classic at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama.

Alabama also will play Stephen F. Austin (Southland) on Dec. 30. In addition, Alabama also faced off with Murray State (Nov. 26), which was picked to finish second to Belmont in the Ohio Valley Conference.
