A juvenile reported missing over the weekend has been found safe in Jackson.
Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Brett Watson confirmed Monday evening Jackson Police Department officers located Andrew Derome Rice alive and unharmed.
Rice was reported missing on Friday, and at the time, believed to be in Lowndes or Oktibbeha counties or in the Jackson area, where he has family. At the time, he was reported to have voluntarily left his home, and had last contacted his family on Feb. 26.
