It has been our honor and privilege to practice law with Bob Marshall, a candidate for Circuit Judge, Place Three, for a total of 37 years. We are proud to call him our business partner, but even more, our friend.
Place Three is newly created by the Legislature, with a residency requirement of either Clay or Noxubee Counties. For the first time, there will be three circuit judge positions on the ballots. All registered voters in Clay, Lowndes, Oktibbeha and Noxubee Counties can vote for candidates for all three places, and once elected, as is the case with Places 1 and 2, the circuit judge for Place 3 will hear cases in all of these counties.
Bob Marshall is an experienced litigator who knows the law, and has a reputation for excellence among his peers. He has twice been elected by lawyers in this District to the Board of Bar Commissioners, the governing board of the Mississippi Bar Association. We can attest that Bob”s ethical values are impeccable. He is not inclined to make snap judgments. In his 37 years of practice, he has represented a diverse array of businesses and individuals in all types of matters in this district, and done so with honor and dignity. You can be sure that if elected, Bob Marshall will treat people who come into his courtroom with courtesy and respect. No one will try harder than Bob Marshall to be fair and do what is right.
We ask for your support of our friend and law partner, Bob Marshall, for Circuit Judge, 16th District, Place 3, on Tuesday, Nov. 2.
