Disturbed by changes to neighborhood
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following companies and persons for taking the initiative to build, I believe, 13 new homes in our neighborhood on Bittersweet Drive and Wintergreen Cove (Northaven Woods). What we appreciate most of all is, they decided themselves (Jabari Edwards, BH Properties and Russell Sheffield) to change the restrictive covenant in our neighborhood.
They were so thoughtful and had the common decency not to bother any of the neighbors by telling them about the meeting. Now, that’s thoughtfulness. Apparently, they believe that this will be such a positive change that they knew we would be all for it.
This has always been a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but we believe the change would do us all good, by increasing traffic and probably all the joyful noise that comes with growth. I’m not sure who their attorney is, but, I’ll tell you what, that attorney is so very thorough and very legal-minded. I will find out who he/she is, so I can thank him/her for all the hard work they did for improving our neighborhood. The great thing is, I can’t wait for our property value to shoot up with all the beautiful little houses here now.
Just remember this, if your neighborhood is going down, contact these people and you could have your neighborhood growing in leaps and bounds. New neighbors, more traffic, higher property values, what more could a neighborhood ask for?
