Heartened by response
Thank you for the thoughtful editorial in this morning’s newspaper (Partial to Home; “A time for conversation). It is heartening that reader feedback is being noted and considered. Please add me to the list of readers who were appalled at the Hitler editorial (about the president of our country).
Regardless of political opinions, more respect than that is due to persons holding elected office. Of course, long ago it became clear to me personally that there was no point in reading anything by Slim Smith, and it makes me wonder why someone at The Dispatch thinks the reputation of the newspaper is influenced positively by publishing his rants.
