HUDSON, N.Y. ó Earl King Swanigan, 54, died Jan. 5, 2019, at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Charity Full Gospel Church with Robert Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon-6 p.m. Friday at Carterís Funeral Services. Carterís Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Swanigan was born Jan. 14, 1964, in Columbus, to Collier Swanigan and Lorine Swanigan. He was formerly employed as an artist. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marcella Swanigan of Hudson; children, James Swanigan, Angel Faye Swanigan and Keanu Swanigan, all of Hudson; siblings, Jeanette Cockrell, Collier Swanigan Jr., Victor Swanigan, Jerry Swanigan, Coretta Swanigan, Michael Swanigan, Martin Swanigan and Angel Wilson, all of Columbus; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Anthony Smith, Henry Millers, DeWayne White, Ceasar Sherrod, DeAndre Bankhead, DeAngelo Bankhead, Devexkiyo Bankhead, Cedrick Stevenson and Robert Sloan.
