BROOKSVILLE — Georgia Lee Cade, 98, died Oct. 9, 2018, at Noxubee General Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Cockrell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Moore Cemetery near Macon. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Cockrell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Cade was born Aug. 14, 1920, in the Yellow Creek Community of Winston County, to the late George Washington and Rosa Lee Schooler Conn. She attended a country school in Mashulaville. She was a member of Brooksville Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Cade; daughter, Wanda Faye Redus; and son, Jim Cade. She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Ann Bethany of Clinton and Ruth Ward of Luesdale; son, Billy Cade of DeKalb; 19 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Moore Cemetery, c/o Bobby Cade, 1399 Beersheba Road, Columbus, MS 39702.
