A 23-year-old woman broke into the house of her ex-boyfriend”s new girlfriend while the couple was asleep Sunday morning and threatened to kill them with a knife, according to police.
Ashley Nicole Hargrove, of 2501 23rd Ave. N., broke through the front door of the 28-year-old female victim”s residence on Maderia Drive at about 8 a.m., the report states.
Hargrove went to the bedroom, where she found the couple asleep, the document continues.
“I”ll kill you,” she told them, according to the report.
Hargrove fled the scene, taking only a set of car keys, after her ex-boyfriend knocked the knife out of her hand with a bat.
She was found in the 100 block of King Street soon after. Her bond and preliminary hearing have not yet been set.
