Teresa Virges McMillian, lead MRI technologist, has been selected as Employee of the Year 2018 at North Mississippi Medical Center-West Point.
McMillian joined the NMMC staff in 1999 and initially worked at both the West Point and Tupelo hospitals. She became full-time in West Point in August 2001.
She graduated from Houston High School and earned an associate degree with honors from Itawamba Community College in Fulton. She received ICC’s Tupelo Clinical Award and has been a registered CT technologist since 2006.
She has two daughters, Lanikki and Kaitlyn McMillian, and a special niece, Krizyia Virges, who she is raising. She is active in community sports and with New Prospect M.B. Church in Woodland, where she serves on the Usher Board.
