A Starkville man is out of jail after being arrested for embezzlement on Wednesday.
Police took 28-year-old Quinton Hendrix into custody on suspicion of embezzlement after he turned himself at the police department. Hendrix is suspected of embezzling money at the Starkville Country Club, on South Montgomery Street.
Police booked Hendrix into the Oktibbeha County jail. He’s been released on $5,000 bond.
The Dispatch has submitted a public records request to Starkville Municipal Court for more information on Hendrix’s arrest.
