The U.S. Marshal Task Force, along with local law enforcement agents, served warrants on a Starkville man Thursday for residential burglary and shooting into a dwelling.
Jason Hemphill, 34, will make an initial appearance in Starkville Municipal Court May 22 after he was implicated in an April 11 incident.
His bond was set at $10,000. He is being held in Oktibbeha County Jail.
Starkville Police Department released no further details.
