Following failed negotiations between Mattress Firm and Tempur Sealy, the most well-known producer of mattresses will be removing its products from Mattress Firm stores.
Tempur Sealy issued formal termination notices for all of its brands to Mattress Firm on Jan. 27. The company anticipates it will cease doing business with Mattress Firm during the first quarter of 2017.
Though this means Mattress Firm, located at 510 18th Ave. N. in Columbus, will cease to offer Tempur-Pedic and other Tempur Sealy bed products, Bedzzz Express, located at 1496 Old Aberdeen Road, remains a Tempur Pedic Elite Dealer.
Bedzzz Express is open 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturdays.
