Construction work has begun in North Columbus on the former Cadence Bank location next to Captain D’s in preparation for an Aspen Dental Clinic.
The bank branch, located at 1616 Hwy. 45 N., closed in November of 2014. The building, originally built in 1977, has been razed to the ground.
A media representative with Aspen said the new dental office is not projected to open until the later half of the year. According to the clinic’s website, there is one other Mississippi clinic in Flowood.
