Mary Ann Gray, CFO of BankFirst is retiring after 42 years of dedicated service and leadership.
Gray has been executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at BankFirst since October 2010. She has also served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President/Comptroller and is a member of the Board of Directors of BankFirst. and was elected to the BankFirst Capital Corporation Board of Directors in 1992.
Gray graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science from Mississippi State University and holds a professional master of banking degree from the Graduate School of Banking, Louisiana State University. She is also a graduate of the Bank Administration Institute at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Community Bank Management with highest honors.
She has served on the Board of Directors of the Mississippi Bankers Association, on the Board of Trustees for the Mississippi School of Banking and on the Community Bankers Council of the American Bankers Association.
She is married to Dr. Marion Gray. They have three children, Morgan S. Roberts, Marion Gray Jr. and Callie Ross, and five grandchildren. She is an active member of First United Methodist Church, the Macon Rotary Club, the Noxubee Historical Society, the Woman’s Study Circle and the Dancing Rabbit Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
