Starkville police officers arrested a local man and two juveniles Sunday allegedly tied to a Cotton Row auto burglary.
Devonte M. Dailey, 18, was charged with one count each of auto burglary and possession of stolen property. A juvenile was also charged with auto burglary and possession of marijuana, and another youth was also arrested for auto burglary.
Police arrested the suspects at about 2 a.m.
Dailey was booked in Oktibbeha County Jail and bond was set at $5,000.
The two juveniles were processed and released.
Starkville Police Department typically does not release the name of those arrested who are under the age of 18.
Army-Navy incident
SPD also charged Antion J. Roberts, 18, of Starkville, and Jamarcus K. McCarter, 18, also of Starkville, with felony malicious mischief stemming from an incident at Highway 12’s Army-Navy Pawn Shop.
Officers were dispatched to the scene about 12:40 a.m. Monday, a SPD release states, for an alarm call.
McCarter was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Both men were taken to the Webster County Jail, but bonds were not yet set Monday for either suspect.
SPD released no additional information about either incident.
