A McCool man was arrested in connection to a Sunday rape and assault in the Cotton District.
Starkville Police Department charged Jerry Lee Talley Jr., 29, with felony rape, robbery, kidnapping and aggravated assault charges stemming from an incident that occurred on Maxwell Street.
