A grand jury has indicted former Starkville Academy baseball coach Jody Wayne Britt on two counts of child enticement.
Britt, 30, of Madison, was arrested and charged in September after alleged incidents with two minors.
The grand jury handed down the indictment Friday. Britt pleaded not guilty Wednesday.
Britt is due back in court May 2.
Affidavits obtained by The Dispatch state Britt requested the two girls “show him (their) ‘boobies’ several times and asked (them) to go to the restroom and take pictures” of themselves. The documents go on to allege that Britt alluded to them performing oral sex on him.
