A third Columbus man has been charged with murder in connection with a drive-by shooting that left one man dead and another injured this month.
Kirby Erby, 20, of 39 Christopher Dr., was arrested Tuesday by the Columbus Police Department. Erby was charged with the Sept. 6 shooting death of Joshua Richardson. Erby was also charged with aggravated assault for allegedly injuring Tevin Harris in the same incident. Two other men have also been charged in the incident.
Quinton Latrance Erby, 24, also of 39 Christopher Dr., and Devonte Jones, 20, of 2006 Cherry St., have both been charged with murder and aggravated assault.
