The following arrests were made by Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office, the Columbus Police Department and the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Office:
Thomas Allen Ward, 41, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with house arrest violation.
Ray English Murphree, 57, was arrested May 10 by OCSO and charged with hit and run, assault on an officer, and DUI – third offense.
Anthony Tavaris Evans, 29, was arrested May 13 by OCSO and charged with grand larceny and probation violation.
Bishop Rayheem Robinson, 20, was arrested May 15 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine, no seatbelt, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana in a vehicle, improper equipment, and driving on a suspended license.
Robert Lee Bush, 52, was arrested May 15 by OCSO and charged with sale of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Barnett Blair, 51, was arrested May 15 by OCSO and charged with violation of parole.
Amber L. Thomas, 22, was arrested May 17 by OCSO and charged with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault on an officer.
John Samuel Hill, 21, was arrested May 17 and charged with possession of cocaine.
John Otis Brooks, 23, was arrested May 18 by OCSO on a circuit court order.
Christopher Gevoris Sherrod, 22, 66 Jones-Porter Road, Brooksville, was arrested May 19 at the intersection of 8th Ave. S. and 1st St. S. by CPD and charged with possession, sale, or transfer of a stolen firearm, driving with a suspended license, two counts of disobeying traffic control device, failure to yield to blue lights, possession of marijuana, and failure to obey an officer.
Hanna Marie Yeager, 20, 625 31st Ave. N. #G-58, was arrested May 16 by CPD at 1721 Highway 45 N. and charged with possession of a controlled substance, failure to obey an officer, resisting arrest, and public drunkenness. She was released May 20 on $3,500 bail.
Dathan Jamar McCoy, 35, 601 N. Gaywood Drive, was arrested May 19 by CPD at 1501 Main St. and charged with leaving the scene, with injuries – felony. He was released the next day on $5,000 bail.
