The following arrests were reported by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office and the Columbus Police Department:
■ Eldridge Kwamaine Winters, 21, of 625 Military Road, was arrested by CPD Jan. 28 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and receiving stolen property. Bond is set at $5,687. His court date is scheduled for March 6. He has not been released.
■ Antwon Lester Sterling, 25, of 1011 Shady St., was arrested by CPD Jan. 29 and charged with contempt of court and violation of probation. His court date is scheduled for Feb. 20. He has not been released.
■ Tyler Sentell Smith, 32, of 1303 13th Ave. S., was arrested by MDOC Jan. 29 and charged with violation of probation. He has not been released.
■ Stacy Michelle Painter, 38, of 5916 First Ave. S., in Birmingham, Ala., was arrested by MDOC and charged with violation of probation. She has not been released.
■ Justin Daniel Lee, 24, of 238 Ward Road, was arrested by LCSO Jan. 29 and charged with false pretense. He was released the same day on a $5,000 surety bond. His court date is Feb. 11.
■ Priscilla Lucille Ayers, 32, of 330 Second Ave. NW., in Vernon, Ala., was arrested by MHP Jan. 26 and charged with driving under the influence, possession of methamphetamine, suspended drivers license, possession of paraphernalia, no inspection sticker and no insurance. Her court date is scheduled for Feb. 19. She has not been released.
■ Twisha Renee Brooks, 22, of 132 Leila Lane, was arrested by LCSO Jan. 29 and charged with false pretense. She was released the same day on a $5,000 surety bond. Her court date is scheduled for Feb. 11.
■ James Dooley Jr., 26, of 116 O’Neal St., in Crawford, was arrested by LCSO Jan. 28 and charged with kidnapping, contempt of court and burglary of a commercial building, cars or etc. Bond is set at $27,500. His court date is scheduled for May 13.
