The following arrests were reported by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office and Columbus Police Department:
Lorenzo Butler, 50, of 334 East Railroad Drive in Columbus, was arrested by Mississippi Department of Corrections May 24 and charged with violation of probation. He has not been released.
Michael Anthony Hewett, 42, of 172 Aberdeen Road, Lot 25 in Houston, was arrested by CPD May 24 and charged with driving under the influence-third offense, driving with a suspended drivers license and careless driving. He has not been released.
Teleitheia Noland Miller, 36, of 397 Barclay Drive in Columbus, was arrested by LCSO May 24 and charged with possession of cocaine. She has not been released.
William Leon Miller, 30, of 397 Barclay Drive in Columbus, was arrested by LCSO May 24 and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon or other means to produce death and possession of cocaine. He has not been released.
Randy Lee Outlaw, 33, of 128 Perish in Tupelo, was arrested by LCSO May 24 and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a weapon by a felon. He has not been released.
Devin Omar Petty, 18, of 111 Gaylane Drive in Columbus, was arrested by LCSO May 24 and charged with burglary-breaking and entering of a dwelling. He has not been released.
Jamie Jermaine Prude Jr., 19, of 210 Eighth Ave. S. in Columbus, was arrested by CPD May 24 and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon or other means to produce death. He has not been released.
Brett M. Tierce, 32, of 13841 New Orleans Drive in Coker, Ala., was arrested by LCSO May 24 and charged with embezzlement. He has not been released.
