McQueen said Officer Paul Garrett was on patrol and saw a man and a parked vehicle by the fence at Boat Gallery about 2:36 a.m. Upon inquiry, the man told police he was trying to take down the fence to get his four-wheeler. He showed Garrett the keys to the vehicle.
