ARKANSAS RESUMÉ: Yeah Arkansas is really good, you guys. Arkansas has played seven top 100 KenPom teams (MSU has played one) and gone 5-2; the two losses were puzzling, blowout losses to North Carolina on a neutral court and getting beat 91-65 at Houston, but the wins are also there with Oklahoma, Minnesota and Tennessee.

NOTES: KenPom gives Arkansas a 63 percent chance of winning this game with a final score of 80-76...This is MSU's first game without Schnider Herard on the bench, who announced on Dec. 31 that he is leaving the team and will transfer, although he did not play in MSU's last two non-conference games...The Arkansas is ridiculously good at almost everything: 16th in adjusted efficiency, 4th in turnover percentage, 18th in 3-point shooting percentage; the only thing it doesn't do well is offensive rebound, where it ranks 225th in the nation...MSU blocks 17 percent of its opponents' 2-point attempts, which ranks eighth in the nation.
