John and Janie Basham of Chattanooga, Tenn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Maggie Basham of Hixson, Tenn., to David Sanderson of Columbus, son of Bobby and Judy Sanderson. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ms. Hope Clark. She is currently attending North Greenville University. The prospective groom is the grandson of Jim and Amy Sanders, and Glen Womack. He is a senior at North Greenville University. Wedding vows will be exchanged Dec. 19, 2009, at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Columbus.
