Khristina Booth of Caledonia was among 135 graduates awarded the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Georgia Campus-Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. The ceremony was held at the Infinite Energy Center May 24.
Booth is the daughter of Terry and Pamela Elliot of Caledonia.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from Mississippi University for Women in 2009, a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from Mississippi State University in 2011 and a Master of Science degree in medical science from Mississippi College in 2012. She is continuing her medical training in family medicine at Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, New York.
