The month of September will bring another round of Quick Bites programs offered by the Mississippi State University Extension Service. These free interactive video conferencing sessions are available from noon to 1 p.m. on designated Thursdays at area county Extension offices.
Specialists in a variety of subjects are featured in video “workshops” at the Lowndes Extension office at 318 Seventh St. N. in Columbus, and other Golden Triangle locations, via preregistration.

Interested individuals must preregister with their county office to participate in the programs. Go to http://techoutreach.msucares.com/distance-education to sign up using the online county sign up system. Go to the Distance Education drop-down menu, then click on the County Schedule Signup. Counties may email [email protected] to be added to a particular program.

Sessions will also be held on the MSU campus at the Bost Extension Center, Room 409.
