Tribute panel — Dr. Milly Barranger, Dr. Kenneth Holditch and Dr. Colby Kullman present a panel discussion on women in the life and career of Tennessee Williams, 2-4 p.m. at Nissan Auditorium in MUW’s Parkinson Hall. Free.
Moon Lake Party — The Tennessee Williams Tribute presents supper and a one-man production of “Truman Talks Tennessee” by Broadway actor Joel Vig at 6:30 p.m., catered by Angie Atkins at Events On 5th, 115 Fifth St. S., Columbus. Breakfast with Scholars — The Tennessee Williams Tribute committee and MUW host this free breakfast with Williams scholars from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the Puckett House on the MUW campus. A free double-decker bus tour departs at 10 a.m. to view places of interest in the life of the Williams family. Free.
TWT luncheon — The Tennessee Williams Tribute presents a luncheon catered by Chef Marty Wages at the Lee Home, Columbus. Dr. Milly Barranger will be presented the Distinguished Scholar’s Medallion. Poetry Out Loud — This Tribute event at 1:30 p.m. celebrates Tennessee Williams with selected readings of his poems, moderated by Elizabeth Simpson at the Columbus-Lowndes Public Library, 314 Seventh St. N. Wheelchair accessible. Free.
Tribute Victorian Home Tour — Tennessee Williams’ childhood home; Griffin Eyrie, the home of Col.
